Your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a seamless and respectful experience for all guests and stylists, please review our policies below:
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

After two no-shows, a deposit may be required for future appointments.
Redo Policy
We strive for perfection with every service. If you are not satisfied with your results, we are happy to offer a complimentary redo, subject to the following conditions:

The redo must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

Redo appointments are at the discretion of the stylist and will only be provided upon review of the situation.

The original service must have been completed by one of our salon professionals.
Please note: A redo does not apply if you’ve changed your mind about the look you originally requested.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered.
However, we are committed to making things right. If you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can find a solution.
